Shannon McKeegan joined Grassroots Solutions in May 2023 as the Director of Finance and Operations. In this role, Shannon manages all aspects of the company’s financial, human resources, organizational structure, and administrative systems as well as serving as a strategic partner for the firm.

Shannon has over 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting, HR, and operations in a variety of industries and organizations including public accounting, large corporations and start-up businesses.

Shannon recently moved back to her hometown of Minneapolis, MN with her partner and rabbit, Alice. She enjoys cycling, running, walking, swimming; really anything to get outside, particularly in warm weather.
